Calendar Assistant privacy policy
What we store
- Your Telegram user ID and the settings you choose (calendar names and IDs, default calendar, timezone).
- The Google OAuth token you grant, encrypted at rest. It is used only to read and change events in your Google Calendar when you ask the bot to.
How your data is processed
- Message text, voice-note transcripts and photos you send are processed by OpenAI to understand your request. Voice notes are transcribed by our transcription service.
- Calendar events are read from and written to Google Calendar through the Google Calendar API, only for the request you are making. Events are not stored by us.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Google user data
Calendar Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting your data
Send /logout to the bot. It revokes Google access and deletes your token and settings.
You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
